pleasant stay
helpful staff free parking complimentary drinks tasty breakfast
the staff were friendly and helpful. parking was conveniently free and located right outside the front door. the room had a selection of complimentary drinks and biscuits including hot chocolate. the breakfast was really good with fresh, hot, tasty, and plentiful options.
the hotel bar looked slightly cluttered and somewhat chaotically arranged or stacked.

staff offered great service from arrival to departure. staff always tried to. they were very friendly and helpful, attending to every request efficiently and with a smile.

the included breakfast was a buffet. it had many options including a full cooked breakfast. the location was convenient to the town centre.
the bathroom was dated. the shower pressure was quite low in the room. i found it difficult to get a good temperature.
